Mauro Morandin has professionally grew at his family’s bakery business in Saint Vincent in Valle d’Aosta, Italy and expanded his knowledge on chocolate following Master Guido Bellissima, specializing in candied fruit and confectionery. In 2011, he was awarded by Gambero Rosso for his panettone, and later worked at BHV Marais, the new concept store at Galeries Lafayette in Paris representing the excellence of the Made in Italy in the world.
