Pastry Chef

Son of art, Danilo Freguja has been observant and curious since the beginning of his profession. In 1984 he opened his first pastry shop, which became in those years a foyer of research and experimentation.

This research encouraged him to participate in numerous culinary art competitions worldwide and to win the gold medal in the art theme at the Luxembourg World Championships in 1994, along with a silver medal in the individual program and another Silver in the team competition. He collaborates and writes articles in various magazines in the national and foreign sectors, and produces books, educational texts, and videos about pastry and gastronomy. He is also a consultant of numerous pastry shops on the national and global level of the largest technical / food groups.
