Two new multipurpose teaching laboratories for pastry & cuisine

The classrooms of the future here at Cast Alimenti are likely to have 16 students all plugged into a tablet, two teaching assistants and one chef to supervise each student and teach with the use of video cameras and monitors.  Provided with the most advanced equipment, these new big classrooms are dressed up for field training and for learning from practice. Distributed in individual multiuse workstations, students become  more active players in their learning route. Thanks to the presence of screens, teachers can monitor the activity of all students in the classrooms, and students will not miss anything their tutor is saying whilst they are being trained. The innovative equipment installed and the large size of these lecture halls make them the perfect place to stage business simulations, as well as to carry out professional training.
